The Irish American Bar Association of New York is having their 6th Annual Bloomsday Event John Quinn Memorial Address on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 6:30 PM. While celebrating the James Joyce’s masterwork, Ulysses like many worldwide supporters of Joyce, the IABANY will also be honoring how Ulysses helped interpret the United States First Amendment Rights. The address is named after John Quinn, the famed Irish lawyer who defended the publishers of Ulysses in New York in 1922.
