    A Concert of Solidarity: Ireland & Palestine A Fundraiser for Concern Worldwide US - Gaza Crisis Appeal November 15, 2025 - 8 pm @ Ernie O'Malley's, 140 E 27th Street, New York, NY

    This fundraiser seeks to fight the hunger crisis in Gaza. The event features an Irish-Palestinian Fusion Concert with Dylan James- banjo/fiddle, Eileen Goodman- flute/tin whistle, Colin Harte- voice/piano/bodhran, Nezih Antakli- darbuka, Sami Abu Shamays- fiddle/voice, Special guests- Mary Courtney voice/guitar, academic speaker- Chris Harding- City University of New York, Graduate Center/ CUNY-MEMEAC.     Ireland For Law is currently planning their 2025 Business Mission to New York City. The mission is a fantastic opportunity for Irish and NYC based lawyers to network and learn more about why Ireland's robust legal system, commitment to modernisations and competitive cost structure make it an attractive jurisdiction for business.

    The Irish Business Organization of New York sends its sincere condolences to the family and friends of Bill McDaid who passed on May 29 at his home in Kingwood, Texas.  Bill was the 11th President of the IBO, serving in 1992, and leading with passion as our organization grew in numbers and influence.     The East Village landmark was featured Friday on RTE's Today Show in Marty's Regional Roundup. It is the last segment of the show hosted by Maura Derrane and Dáithí Ó Sé. You can catch the feature on the RTE player at https://www.rte.ie/player/.
