If 2022 is already feeling stressful and challenging, considering joining Tipperary based member Kathleen Fanning on her next Mental Fitness Booster Programme starting 8th March. Feedback from recent participant:

The Mental Fitness Booster Program has given me some great tools and resources to get through busy and often hectic days. I have learned how to step back from stressful and/or negative situations and reframe them into a more positive mindset. And, I now have a toolbox of exercises to help me maintain this mindset. They are quick, efficient and easy to practice! I can't say enough about the group calls led by Kathleen during the program... so much added value! Thank you! JH
